Our approach combines legal precision with commercial insight and practical solutions for construction, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Our focus is on providing comprehensive legal support throughout the entire real estate and investment lifecycle – from legal due diligence and obtaining the necessary permits to asset management and property transactions.

We advise investors, construction companies and developers on the structured and efficient execution of investment projects. A key priority is the early identification and mitigation of legal risks in order to prevent costly disputes. We represent clients in administrative proceedings and before regulatory authorities. We also assist in litigation, particularly in relation to payment claims for construction works and disputes arising during project execution, including handover and acceptance processes.

A particular focus of our practice is the renewable energy sector. We support clients in the energy transition, advising on wind and photovoltaic projects as well as their operational implementation.

  • Support in administrative and regulatory proceedings within construction and investment projects, as well as advice on agricultural law matters, including acquisition permits for foreign investors, proceedings before the Agricultural Property Agency (KOWR) and the conversion or exclusion of land from agricultural use,
